Junius is a town in the northwest corner of Seneca County, New York. It lies east of Geneva with a population of 1,362 as of the 2000 census. The town is home to Waterloo Premium Outlets® and several sites listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
The Cobblestone Farmhouse at 1027 Stone Church Rd., Cobblestone Farmhouse at 1111 Stone Church Road, Cobblestone Farmhouse at 1229 Birdsey Road, and John Graves Cobblestone Farmhouse are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
